General Return Policy
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are only processed online and cannot be handled in physical stores.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Items with perfume, stains, or any modifications.
- Accessories & Soiree wearare non-refundable.
Refunding Defective Products
- If an item is defective, customers have 30 daysfrom the purchase date to request a refund.
- Proof of defect (e.g., clear product images) may be required.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment methodwithin 7-14 business days.
Refund Process:
- The refund will be issued once the return is approved.
- Same payment methodwill be used for reimbursement.
- If Cash on Delivery (COD)was used, the refund will be sent to your bank account or e-wallet (not in cash).

- Follow the instructions and provide the requested details.

- Schedule collection with the courier as per the confirmation email.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in perfect condition.
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documents.
- Returns undergo strict inspectionbefore approval.
- If items don’t meet the conditions, they may be returned at your own costor refunded with a depreciation deduction.
