1. How do I choose the right size?
Each Jakamen piece is tailored for a modern, structured fit. Use our Size Guide to find your ideal fit, based on measurements in centimeters. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger option for comfort — or visit one of our stores for an in-person fitting experience.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Meeza, and Cash on Delivery. All online transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact us immediately to modify or cancel. Once it’s shipped, changes are no longer possible — but we’ll be happy to assist with a return or exchange.
5. How do I start a return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags. Start the process through our [Returns Portal] or visit the nearest Jakamen Egypt store.
6. Do you offer in-store pickup?
Currently, we offer delivery only for online orders. However, you can visit any of our 8 branches across Egypt to browse and purchase directly.
